Best place to buy Accutane online (+ some other stuff about me) ?
Yes yes i know this is not recommended but at this point i could care less and i must test something.
I googled "buying Accutane" online and it came up with quite a few sites. I'm pretty sure some of them are bunk/scam so i would like to know if any of you ordered Accutane online before and if yes from which site. I have read in another post that a guy bought some from an Indian site and that it was of poor quality. Note that i don't really care about the price since money ain't an issue , i just need to buy 20-40 capsules of 10mg online of a good brand preferably and not that generic clone crap. I need to buy some tretinoin or isotretinoin cream as well but i am not decided on this yet since i may replace that with Joboba oil.
Anyway , i have quite a bad case of Fordyce both on the penis and the lips and i am 90 % sure that accutane will clear or at least reduce it by a lot. The reason i think this is because my skin get extremly oily (this is crazy , i can almost see myself in it when i'm in erection and i'm not joking) around the spots and that's a sign that my sebaceous glands are simply producing waaaaaaay too much sebum. Accutane is the best way to reduce sebum production and dry the skin , hence why i think it could work. I already know that the condition will most likely come back once i stop taking Accutane and that's where the Tretinoin cream/Joboba oil come into play , as a preventive treatment. This ain'r guaranteed to work but i have some hope and will never know if i don't try.
Now , i know what im getting into since i already took Accutane for 5 months to clear my acne 10 years ago so i know all about the side effects and the rest so there is no need to explain me all of that
. Note that back in the day my Fordyce wasn't present so i couldn't see if Accutane had any effect on it or not , hence why i want to test it now.
So if anyone can direct me to a safe a good site where i can buy Accutane i would appreciate greatly.
Thanks in advance

Re: Best place to buy Accutane online (+ some other stuff about me) ?
honestly, theres plenty of places to get isotret online, but im not going to be the guy that refers people to places to get drugs like accutane. google is your friend, and youre likely going to have to settle for a generic.
im wildly anti accutane, so you can take what i say with a grain of salt, but taking a drug with so many systemic effects for something as localized as sp seems like extreme overkill. on top of that, no amount of retinoids or jojaba is going to keep them from coming back if theyre going to come back. people who have seen results from topical retinoids have had to stop because long term use of them causes terrible irritation. if you dont believe me, then try using retin a micro or isotrex for a few months, and see what results you get. that, or try using jojoba oil and see if you see any results. at least this way youll have an idea of whether or not you can handle long term retinoid use (considering youve been on isotret before, id say that you probably couldnt), or if the jojoba oil is of any use (considering jojoba oils has almost the same chemical composition as sebum, i dont see why it would).
if youre gonna do it, youre gonna do it, but at least spend some time trying things that may keep them gone out before you put all your hopes on something that may have no effect on you at all. good luck

Re: Best place to buy Accutane online (+ some other stuff about me) ?
With all due respect , if i ask for a place to get Accutane is because i don't want to get scammed. I know that google is my friend but i'm asking here since i'm pretty sure that some people have past experiences with ordering Accutane online and i want some reference. I don't need to get a speech on the for and against of Accutane , this is not why i made this thread. I'm already well informed since like i said i was on Accutane 10 years ago and to be honest i don"t see it like some kind of evil monster like other people do. All i got when i took it back in the day was dry lips and dry skin. The reason i stopped is because my acne was completely gone and therefore my derm stopped the treatment. That said , i'm not saying that there are no risks but i'm a grown man and i'm willing to gamble on it. What's the worse that can happen anyway ? Fordyce won't clear and i will have dry skin ? Big deal. And is it really worse than doing self surgery on yourself (PIEB method) ? I don't think so
Also , no offense but i don't think that you understand my strategy very well. The point of using Jojoba is to trick the skin/system into thinking that there there is already enough sebum produced and thus prevent the sebaceous glands from producing too much and causing Fordyce. As you said Jojoba is very much like Sebum which is exactly the point of it. Jojoba on it"s own won't do shit but may actually work as a preventive treatment. Is it going to work ? I absolutely have no idea but i have nothing to lose by trying it. I don't think anyone will know if no one tries it and i'm willing to be the guinea pig this time.
I do agree with you though that long term use of retinoids may not be a good idea and may irritate the skin too much. That's why i'm thinking about Jojoba instead since it's quasi natural and doesn't have the side effect of retinoids.
All in all what i want to try is much less hardcore than what some other people have tried in the past. Cutting yourself open with a scalpel ? Trying a 100 % TCA solutions on your balls ? Soldering iron ? Candle Wax ? I'm sorry but that's much worse than what a little 20 capsules of Accutane can do. That and Accutane has been proven to temporarily clear the condition , which is already better than most other methods that people have tried. The goal is to find something to prevent the condition to come back between the end of the Accutane treatment and the recurence stage which is what i will try to accomplish. If it doesn't work then well , it doesn't work but at least i will have tried.

Hi! I don`t think the tretion\jojoba will help prevent them from coming back. But I DO think they will come back less prominent if you take a big cycle of Accutan! But that is really expencive, but if you`re going do to it, you have to do a big dose. I did a small dose of accutan, just to see how it works, didn`t do much.

Re: Best place to buy Accutane online (+ some other stuff about me) ?
im not calling into question your level of knowledge on the subject. if youre going to take accutane, then youre going to take accutane. the reason im not going to start listing off places you can find it is because there are many desperate people who visit boards like this, and theyll go out and try anything they think might work whether or not they understand it or not. it seems to happen every time, and while it may not be too big a deal when its amox, it becomes a big deal with a drug as powerful as accutane. im probably the only person here who has ordered serious medications online, so id probably be the only person with any kind of knowledge on the subject (if anyone else has, feel free to say)
also, as ive said in the past a million times, accutane does more than just dry your skin out, it effects many of the lubrication systems in the body. go to a place like acne.org and youll see people complaining of stiff joints and dry mouth. again, a friend of mine did 2 runs on isotret, and has to use eye drops constantly because of his dry eyes. not trying to discourage, im just saying as a generality.
jojoba is good for soothing skin, but it wont trick your glands into shutting down. youll get a reduction, for sure, but it wont be enough. not by a long shot. theres topicals out there that have been shown to reduce sebum production, but none have really proven to be effective enough to treat sp. what we have to remember here is that theres not much of anything escaping these glands, and thats either because they have no outlet, the outlet is too small, or the outlet is blocked by keratin. im under the impression that we'd have to really shut them down hardcore to see a reduction in an environment like that, and i just cant think of a way to do so. im working on a few ways, but nothing concrete at the moment.
again, youll probably have to settle for a generic. i cant think, off hand, of a reputable online pharmacy that sells brand name accutane. i know a few that sell off label isotret, but not the brand name stuff. in most cases, these are from asia or india, and whtehr or not you get the brand name or the off label stuff, theres an equal chance that they could be bunk.
in any case, like i said, im wildly anti accutane. its an insanely powerful drug for something like acne, and i cant imagine the level of overkill involved for something like sp. mind you, this is coming from someone who has had serious health issues because of the use of powerful prescription drugs without the supervision of a doctor (another reason im hesitant to start linking pharmacies), so im not just some uptight shithead on a forum. im not concerned at all with you taking accutane for sp, i just assume the role of the "air on the side of caution" guy because someone has to. you may be a level headed adult taking an at least semi informed risk, but a lot of the people in a place like this are desperate teens looking to try nearly anything they can without doing a seconds worth of research.
im not naive enough to think im going to talk you out of this, and wouldnt bother even if i was. im just making sure that using accutane doesnt sound so simple and effective that the more impressionable among us start scamming it online. it sounds douchy, i realize, but people who have been coming to these boards for a while know just how easily people will resort to taking drastic measures without any of the due diligence the rest of us put in.

Re: Best place to buy Accutane online (+ some other stuff about me) ?
Terminator,
I'm the guy who bought generic "accutane" from an online pharmacy in India. Before I purchased from that pharmacy I searched like hell for one that sold brand name Accutane without a prescription, but I had no luck. Recently there has been a crack down on online pharmacies selling prescription drugs without a doctor's approval. Brand name Accutane is very expensive if you happen to find it. I would guess a 30 day supply costs around $300. I was nervous as hell while taking that shitty generic stuff because I knew how powerful isotretinoin is. From what I read you are completely set on taking Accutane if you can manage to get your hands on it. So all I can say is be extremely careful, good luck, and keep us updated if you find it.

ahh my favourite subject!!
terminator.. i have taken accutane before as well. it did work for me.. and i have also tried finding websites where you can get it.. i think there are a few out there.. the English version of accutane is 'roaccutane' so thats the first thing you should be looking for. also roaccutane is made bya company called roache i think thats how u spell it. so when buying look for pictures with a roache symbol and brand name roaccutane. and you will need more than 10mg.. more liek 20-30 mg for a 2-3 month period im guessing. dont buy generic... buy the real thing.. it is available ive seen it but its fairly expensive.. please pelase let m,e know how this goes, because i want to get some as well. but money is low at the moment.

b411er, can you say a littlebit more about how it worked. Did your SP go away? For how long did they stay gone? Did they return in the same size as before, or less prominent?

hi pod, i took accutane for acne going bak about 4-5 years ago, my sp completeley dissapeared i can say that for deffinate, it was so long ago and i wasnt reli aware of what it was back then.. ino it went away for a while.. but couldnt say an exact time period.. it was deffinatley more like months than weeks though i would say. my sp used 2 be very bad, i would say its not as bad.. but its so hard 2 remember withou picture.. all i would say is.. im goign to try it again and i think if you hate sp like me its deffinatley worth it. the side effects are greatley exaggerated. but different people react differently i guess. i was on the strongest dose they do.. and all i got was dry skin and the odd head ache

Re: Best place to buy Accutane online (+ some other stuff about me) ?
I take one 20mg tablet every 4-5 days to keep my oil production in check. I have been buying my Roche(Brand) Roaccutane from http://www.orderpharma.com/ for the past 3 years. They run a tight ship and I always get what I ordered within a week max. The inlay and packaging wording is in Turkish so don't panic when you get it. It is genuine Roaccutane, not generic.
I have been on a course of Roche Roaccutane of which I had to collect from the Hospital Pharmacy. Save the packaging which I mentioned, they are the same.
Note: There is an 'Orderpharma.co.uk' but they have no affiliation with Orderpharma.com so use their services at your own risk.

Arghs pane: So your SP disappered when you was on a high dose of roaccutane, and they haven`t returned because you take this 20mg pill every 4-5day.?!
If I understand correctly, so are you clean of SP now?! And have been for 3 years?!

Afriad not POD. Wouldn't be here if that was the case.
I never took what is considered the 'normal course' for an acne sufferer, I took a lower level dosage because my acne was very mild but stubbon.
My SP did reduce as I remember but it didn't vanish.
I'd venture that if one were to have their SP removed and they began a low dosage of Roaccutane then they would probably keep them from returning 3,6,9, etc months later.

As a fellow SP brother, I promise you that Orderpharma.com deals with genuine Roaccutane. I have honestly used their services for the past 3 years and they have been stellar on delivery time and customer service.
I have ordered via their online checkout many times, however recently I have been using the UK order number(I reside in the UK obviously).
