zeno acne clearing device

What do you guys think of this device? It's got some bad and good reviews on amazon!

I think it could definitely help with acne, as the heat it generates would have a good chance of killing the bacteria that causes inflammation (i.e. pimples), especially early on. However, SP isn't an inflammatory problem. I suppose one could hope that the device's heat could melt and dissipate the sebaceous plugs, but I'd be surprised if that worked. I've thought about getting one of those (as I get acne too), but I haven't done so yet. Apparently the tips only last for so many uses, then have to be replaced.
